The Group provides engineering and consultancy services ranging from site investigations to laboratory testing, slope studies, pavement evaluation and data collection, traffic studies, geotechnical and structural forensic engineering services, design works, quality control & assurance, materials certification & product listing and Research & Development.

The provision of these services to the Government of Malaysia is set out in a 15-year concession commencing 1997. Since its beginning, this division has developed and carved a niche in engineering consultancy and services. The Group has also extended its services to Libya,Syria and Singapore.

Research & Development is an integral component of our activities. Ikram Research & Development Centre (IRDC) provides us the necessary edge as our in-house experts work closely with clients to satisfactorily meet their present and future needs. Where appropriate, our multi-disciplinary team of researchers and engineers collaborate with local and foreign research institutions, universities and industries. Apart form being entrusted as the lead consultant for Malaysia's first National Slope Master Plan, we are also noted for our R&D products such as Q-Mix for pothole patching and QS3E emulsion for pavement recycling.
