## fields Subject :: OTHERS ## para Protasco Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Protasco Venture Partners Inc, has on 7 May 2014 incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Protasco Agro Ltd (“PAL”), a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (“Incorporation”). The Certificate of Incorporation was received by the Company on 12 May 2014. ## para PAL, which was set up to undertake new ventures, has an authorised share capital of US$10 million divided into 10,000,000,000 shares at par value of US$0.001. The paid up capital is US$2 million divided into 2,000,000,000 shares of US$0.001 each. ## para None of the directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the above-mentioned Incorporation. ## para The aforesaid Incorporation is not subject to shareholders’ approval.
