Today’s Extraordinary General Meeting was requisitioned by Kingdom Seekers Ventures Sdn Bhd and Tey Por Yee. The poll result is as follows : Vote For Vote Against Total Votes No. of Units % No. of Units % 18,019,300 11.32 141,143,893 88.68 159,163,193 The total votes voted against today’s resolution representing 42.1% of the issued and paid up share capital of the Company. As for yesterday’s 2 resolutions on the removal of Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun, the total votes voted for the removals representing 50.83% of the issued and paid up share capital of the Company.
