Bhd., has changed its name to IKRAM MASTERBUILDER SDN. BHD. with effect from 15 September 2011 being the date of the Certificate of Change of Name issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. ## para 2. STRIKING OFF OF A DORMANT FOREIGN SUBSIDIARY ## para Protasco Trading (Pty) Ltd which is incorporated in South Africa and wholly owned by an existing subsidiary of the Company, namely Protasco Enterprise SA (Pty) Ltd, had been struck off from the register by the Companies Registry in South Africa following application for striking off by the Company.
