OTHERS Acquisition of a shelf company

## fields Subject :: OTHERS ## para Protasco Berhad (“Company” or “PB”) wishes to inform that its wholly-owned subsidiary, HCM Engineering Sdn Bhd, had today acquired a shelf company known as Teras Pancar Sdn Bhd (“TPSB”) at a cash consideration of RM1,795.00, for purpose of investment holding. ## para TPSB was incorporated on 8 December 2015 with a paid up capital of RM2.00 and an authorised share capital of RM400,000.00. TPSB is currently a dormant company. ## para The said acquisition would not have any material effect on PB Group's earnings and net assets for the financial year ending 31 December 2016. ## para None of the directors and substantial shareholders of the Company and persons connected to the directors and substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, either direct or indirect, in the above acquisition.
