The hearing for the striking out application proceeded on 25 May 2015 and a decision date for the striking out application is fixed on 3 June 2015. ## para As an update, the Company wishes to announce that the Company’s striking out application was allowed with costs of RM10,000.00 to be paid by the Plaintiffs, Global Capital Limited and Kingdom Seekers Ventures Sdn Bhd to the Company.
