## para Reference is made to the previous announcement on 9 May 2024. ## para Following the new applications via Summons in Chambers filed by Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun to stay and to set aside the Bankruptcy Notice, the Company wishes to announce that the High Court had on 3 July 2024 dismissed both of their applications to stay and to set aside the Bankruptcy Notice with costs of RM400.00 per application to be paid to the Company by each of them. ## para The Company also wishes to announce that the Company has presented a creditor petition to the High Court at Malaya in Shah Alam on 24 May 2024, following an act of bankruptcy by Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun on 8 May 2024. The date for the creditor petition hearing is fixed on 26 August 2024.
