Bhd., had acquired 2 subscribers’ shares in a shelf company known as Ikram Infra Venture Sdn. Bhd. (“IIVSB”) for cash at par, representing 100% paid up share capital of IIVSB. ## para IIVSB is intended to carry out education related business. ## para The said acquisition would not have any material effect on PB Group's earnings and net assets for the financial year ending 31 December 2017. ## para None of the directors and major shareholders of the Company and persons connected to the directors and major shareholders of the Company has any interest, either direct or indirect, in the above acquisition.
