## para As previously announced on 19 January 2021, Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun have filed an application to stay the proceedings at the Kuala Lumpur High Court Suit No.: 22NCC-362-09/2014 pending the disposal of their appeal at the Court of Appeal which is fixed for hearing on 23 June 2021. The said application was heard on 2 March 2021 and dismissed by the High Court Judge with costs of RM8,500.00 to be paid by Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun to Protasco Berhad. ## para The Company wishes to announce that the trial dates for the Kuala Lumpur High Court Suit No.: 22NCC-362-09/2014 fixed on 5, 9 - 12 March 2021 are vacated. The trial dates previously fixed on 7, 24, 25 and 27 May 2021 are maintained. The High Court Judge further fixed more trial dates on 4, 8, 25 and 28 June 2021 and 19 July 2021.
