## para Reference is made to the previous announcement on 19 August 2026. ## para As announced by the Company, the Judgment Debtors obtained an order to stay the respective bankruptcy proceedings against them pending the disposal of their motion for leave to appeal to the Federal Court against the Court of Appeal's decision dated 9 March 2026 ("Stay Orders"). The motion for leave to appeal to the Federal Court was filed under Application No. 08(f)-151-04/2026(W) ("Leave Application"). ## para Following the unanimous dismissal of the Leave Application by the Federal Court, the Stay Orders have lapsed, and bankruptcy proceedings may continue against the Judgment Debtors. ## para In this regard, the Company wishes to announce that the hearing date for the Creditors Petition against the Judgment Debtors is fixed on 18 December 2026.
