## para Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 25 May 2022. ## para As announced earlier, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Kumpulan Ikram Sdn. Bhd. (“KISB" or "Defendant”), had received a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim served by Tenaga Nasional Berhad (“TNB” or “Plaintiff”) claiming RM6,799,961.83. ## para KISB had on 25 January 2022 filed an application for the discovery of the Project documents from TNB (“Discovery Application”). ## para The Company wishes to announce that the Penang High Court had dismissed the Discovery Application with cost in the cause. ## para The full trial date for the case is yet to be fixed by the Court.
