## para Reference is made to the previous announcement on 09 September 2025. ## para The Company wishes to announce that the date for pronouncement of the Court of Appeal’s decision in Appeal No.: W-02(NCC)(W)-1459-09/2023 by Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun against the High Court Judgment dated 30 August 2023 [“Appeal”] on 09 December 2025 has been vacated by the Court of Appeal. ## para In this regard, the Court of Appeal has fixed another date for the pronouncement of its decision for the Appeal on 26 January 2026.
