MATERIAL LITIGATION

## para Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 23 December 2019 on the Notice of Adjudication pursuant to Section 8 of Construction Industry Payment Adjudication Act 2012 served by HCM Engineering Sdn Bhd (“HCM”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company for the sum of RM6,579,217.00 (“Claim”), against Southkey City Sdn Bhd ("SCSB"). ## para The Company wishes to announce that HCM had received adjudication decision whereby the Claim has been dismissed with costs of RM30,000.00. ## para HCM shall seek advice from its solicitors on the adjudication decision and will make further announcements on any material development on this matter in due course.
