## para Reference is made to the previous announcement on 5 September 2023. ## para The Company wishes to announce that Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun had filed an application in the Kuala Lumpur High Court Suit No.:22NCC-362-09/2014 to stay execution of the Judgement delivered by the High Court on 30 August 2023 [“Stay Application”].
