## fields Subject :: OTHERS ## para The Company wishes to announce that its subsidiary, Protasco Venture Partners Inc (BVI) had subscribed for 67% equity of PT. Protasco Infra Indonesia (“PTPI”), a company incorporated in Indonesia with the registered capital of USD1 million. ## para The remaining 33% equity is held by a local partner. ## para The intended business activities of PTPI are mainly to provide infrastructure services, environmental and energy management in Indonesia. ## para The investment in PTPI is not expected to have a material effect on the earnings or net assets of the PB Group for the year ending 31 December 2015. ## para None of the directors or substantial shareholders or persons connected to directors and substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, either direct or indirect, in the above transaction.
