Bhd., has on 13 August 2015 incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, De Centrum Retail Sdn. Bhd. (“DCRSB”). ## para DCRSB has an authorised share capital of RM500,000 and paid up share capital of RM100,000. It shall be embarking on retail business in De Centrum Mall, located at Unipark Suria, developed by De Centrum Development Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Company.
