OTHERS Extension of contract for maintenance of state road in Selangor

## fields Subject :: OTHERS ## para Protasco Berhad wishes to inform that its 70% owned subsidiary company, KPS-HCM Sdn Bhd, had been granted a 3 ½ months extension （from 15 September 2015 to 31 December 2015), by the Jabatan Kerja Raya (Public Works Department), Selangor (“JKR”) to the 7 years contract for Maintenance of State Roads in Selangor which is expiring in September 2015. ## para The Company is in the midst of pursuing its long term extension with the JKR and would make necessary announcement on its development. ## para The extension is expected to contribute positively towards the Group’s results for the financial year ending 31 December 2015.
