## para Following the announcement made by the Company (“Protasco” or “Company”) on 24 August 2016 relating to the execution of the shareholders agreement between the subsidiary of the Company, HCM Engineering Sdn Bhd and Kijang Kuari Sdn Bhd to jointly undertake the maintenance work in Kelantan for a period of 10 years via a new company to be set up on a 60:40 basis. ## para Protasco wishes to announce that the parties have completed the subscription of shares in HCM Kijang Sdn Bhd on the agreed ratio. ## para HCM Kijang Sdn Bhd is now a 60% owned subsidiary of HCM Engineering Sdn Bhd.
