## para Reference is made to the previous announcement on 31 July 2026. ## para The Judgment Debtors had filed their respective applications in the Shah Alam High Court to stay the bankruptcy proceedings commenced by the Company, pending the disposal of their motion for leave to appeal to the Federal Court against the Court of Appeal's decision dated 9 March 2026 ("Stay Applications"). The motion for leave to appeal to the Federal Court was filed under Application No. 08(f)-151-04/2026(W) ("Federal Court Leave Application"). ## para The Company wishes to announce that on 18 August 2026, High Court has allowed the Stay Applications with cost of RM500.00 to be paid by the Judgment Debtors to the Company, respectively. In this regard, the bankruptcy proceedings commenced by the Company against the Judgment Debtors have been stayed until the disposal of the Federal Court Leave Application.
