## fields Subject :: MATERIAL LITIGATION ## para As previously announced on 11 May 2015, Protasco Berhad’s subsidiary, Protasco Trading Sdn Bhd (“PTSB”) has filed a legal suit at the Shah Alam High Court against PT Goldchild Integritas Abadi (“PT Goldchild”), an Indonesian company and Ooi Kock Aun for inter-alia a declaration that the Coal Supply Agreement dated 4 February 2013 is void and in breach of the Companies Act, 1965 and for a refund of the Deposit paid. ## para Trial dates of this legal suit is fixed on 28 September 2015 and 29 September 2015. ## para Ooi Kock Aun had on 5 March 2015 filed an application to strike out PTSB’s legal suit. A hearing date for this application is fixed on 23 June 2015. ## para PT Goldchild had on 8 May 2015 filed an application to stay this legal proceedings pending arbitration. A case management date is fixed on 21 May 2015 for this application.
