## para Protasco Berhad wishes to announce that its 70% owned subsidiary, HCM-TH Technologies Sdn Bhd, has been struck off from the register by the Companies Commission of Malaysia following its application to strike off the dormant company under Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016.
