## para As previously announced on 14 February 2022, Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun have filed an application for leave to appeal to the Federal Court against the decision of the Court of Appeal dated 11 January 2022 wherein the Court of Appeal had dismissed their appeal to strike out the Kuala Lumpur High Court Suit No.: 22NCC-362-09/2014 (“Leave Application”). The Leave Application is fixed for hearing on 27 June 2022. ## para The Company also wishes to announce that the trial for the Kuala Lumpur High Court Suit No.: 22NCC-362-09/2014 is scheduled to continue on 15 April 2022, 5, 6, 13, 26, 30 and 31 May 2022, 16 and 17 June 2022.
