## para As previously announced on 26 August 2020, the motions for leave to appeal to the Federal Court against the judgment of the Court of Appeal dated 6 March 2020 (appeals in relation to Bankers’ Books (Evidence) Act 1949) filed by the Company were granted by the Federal Court on 25 August 2020. ## para The said appeals to the Federal Court filed by the Company against the judgment of the Court of Appeal dated 6 March 2020 was heard on 5 January 2021. ## para The Company wishes to announce that the said appeals was allowed by the Federal Court on 23 August 2021. The decision of the Court of Appeal dated 6 March 2020 was set aside.
