On 18 August 2015, the 1st Defendant had filed their Notice of Appeal against the decision of the court dated 11 August 2015 in the Court of Appeal. ## para The 1st Defendant had on 3 September 2015 filed an application to stay the proceedings pending its appeal in the Court of Appeal.
