## para Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 30 August 2019. ## para The Company wishes to announce that the Court of Appeal has dismissed the appeals filed by its wholly owned subsidiary, HCM Engineering Sdn Bhd ("HCM") on 29 October 2018 against Kuasatek (M) Sdn Bhd ("Kuasatek") in respect of the adjudication proceeding initiated by Kuasatek against HCM, with costs of RM5,000.00.
