## para Reference is made to the previous announcement on 18 October 2023. ## para The Company wishes to announce that Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun had filed an application in the Court of Appeal, Appeal No.: W-02(NCC)(W)-1459-09/2023 to stay execution of the Judgement delivered by the High Court on 30 August 2023 [“Stay Application”]. The Court of Appeal has fixed 22 November 2023 for hearing of the Stay Application.
