## para Protasco Berhad (“Protasco”) is pleased to announce that I2 Solarpark One Sdn. Bhd. (“I2 Solarpark”), 44% owned by a subsidiary of the Company, Ikram Greentech Sdn. Bhd., has received a Letter of Award from the Energy Commission of Malaysia, to develop the Large Scale Solar Photovoltaic (“LSSPV”) Plant of 6.80 MW a.c. at Mukim Sungei Baru Tengah, Alor Gajah, Melaka (“Project”). The LSSPV Plant is expected to commence operation by December 2020. ## para Consequent to the award of the Project, I2 Solarpark has signed a 21-year Power Purchase Agreement with Tenaga Nasional Berhad. ## para The Project is valued at approximately RM92 million and is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of the Protasco Group.
