INTRODUCTION ## para Reference is made to the announcements dated 2 May 2024, 21 July 2024, 10 January 2025 and 19 March 2025 in relation to the Share Sale Agreement dated 19 July 2024 between Kumpulan Ikram Sdn Bhd (“KISB”) and Star Teenagers International Sdn Bhd (“STISB”) in respect of the ordinary shares in Ikram Education Sdn Bhd (“IESB”) (“SSA”) and the Supplemental Agreement to the SSA dated 9 January 2025 between KISB and STISB. ## para 2.
