## para As previously announced on 21 May 2020, the Company has filed 3 applications for leave to appeal to the Federal Court against the judgment of the Court of Appeal dated 6 March 2020 (appeals in relation to Bankers’ Books (Evidence) Act 1949)[“motions for leave”]. ## para The Company wishes to announce that the motions for leave are fixed for hearing at the Federal Court on 25 August 2020.
