OTHERS RESTRUCTURING

## fields Subject :: OTHERS ## para Protasco Berhad (“Company” or “PB”) wishes to announce that as part of its internal restructuring exercise to streamline the operations of the companies within the PB Group, the Group has transferred the shareholdings in the manner stated in Table A attached. ## para Following the above transfer, Jalur Saujana Sdn Bhd, which is intended to undertake construction work in the state of Kelantan, increased its paid up capital from RM2.00 to RM100,000 in the manner stated in Table B attached. ## para Pekan Bistari Sdn Bhd is a company incorporated on 9 July 2012 with a paid up capital of RM500,000. ## para The Restructuring does not expect to have any material effect on net assets per share, gearing and share capital of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2015. ## para None of the directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the aforesaid Restructuring and allotment of shares. ## para Please refer attachment below.
