## para Rerence is made to the previous announcement on 11 May 2026. ## para As announced by the Company, Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun have filed their application to the Federal Court under Application No. 08(f)-151-04/2026(W) ["Leave Application"] for leave to appeal against the whole judgment of the Court of Appeal's made in the Civil Appeal No.: W-02(NCC)(W)-1459-09/2023. The said Leave Application was heard by the Federal Court on 27.08.2026. ## para In this regard, the Company wishes to announce that the Federal Court has unanimously dismissed the Leave Application with cost of RM50,000.00 to be paid by Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun.
