## para Reference is made to the previous announcement on 21 July 2026. ## para The hearing of the Creditor's Petition against Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun (collectively, the "Judgment Debtors") was previously fixed on 20 May 2026. Subsequently, the Judgment Debtors filed applications in the Shah Alam High Court to stay the bankruptcy proceedings pending the disposal of their motion for leave to appeal to the Federal Court against the Court of Appeal's decision dated 9 March 2026 ("Stay Applications"). The motion for leave to appeal to the Federal Court was filed under Application No. 08(f)-151-04/2026(W). ## para The Company wishes to announce that the hearing of the Stay Applications and the Creditor's Petition, which was previously fixed on 30 July 2026, has been rescheduled by the Court to 18 August 2026.
