Protasco Berhad aspires to become a leading industry player in the property development sector, bringing to the market innovative residential and commercial concepts designed to deliver superior value.

Our Property & Infrastructure Division is the main developer of De Centrum City, a 100-acre freehold land located in south of Kuala Lumpur. De Centrum City is estimated to have a gross development value (GDV) of almost RM10 billion over a 15-year span.

When completed, it will consist of high-rise apartments, office towers, SOHO units, a convention centre, hotels, office suites and retail lots. Other development by this division include the Telipot Apartment complex in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, comprising 584 apartment units on 1.85 acres of land. The Telipot project has a GDV of RM158 million.

The Group is also involved in the construction of two-storey shop offices in Pasir Gudang, Johor, with a GDV of approximately RM120 million.

We are continuously on the lookout for joint venture possibilities with both landowners and governments to develop their land holdings.
