Earlier reports
The Corporate Governance Report is not filed as a separate document. For recent financial years, Bursa Malaysia records Protasco's Annual Report and Corporate Governance Report as one combined filing, and the Corporate Governance Report is the dedicated section inside that year's Annual Report.

Quarterly financial results are lodged with Bursa Malaysia within the reporting timeframes set by the Main Market Listing Requirements.
Key figures
FY2024 group revenue reached RM1.31 billion, up 15% year on year, with net profit of RM26.1 million, up sharply from the year before, and earnings per share of 5.4 sen against 1.4 sen in FY2023. The reports above carry the full audited statements behind these figures.
