In creating a more relaxed working environment for all Protasco’s Champions, Protasco initiated a two-week trial of “Casual Friday” beginning 16 April 2019. Champions are allowed to lose official attires on Fridays as long as they still look presentable. The Corporate Communications department also shared suggested guidelines on Casual Friday’s attires. This is indeed a progressive step by the organisation in meeting changing employee dynamics and staying relevant in a modern work environment.
