On 9 April 2019, an in-house corporate training programme was held for the Protasco Berhad’s Board of Directors. The talk on Common Breaches of the Listing Requirements with Case Studies was facilitated by Tricor Knowledge House Sdn Bhd. The two-hours talk was focussed mainly on corporate governance and advisory of an organisation particularly on common breaches by listed entities. The talk was also attended by Protasco corporate champions.
