On 18 April 2018, HCM Engineering Sdn Bhd has signed Memorandum of Collaboration with VAMED Engineering GMBH to enter into collaboration by way of unincorporated joint-venture. The agreement was signed by Mirsad Midzic, Managing Director of VAMED Engineering and Ir Edward Khoo Mong Wei, Executive Director Construction Division Protasco Berhad.
